ICMG Refund & Cancellation Policy

Membership Dues

Membership dues are non-refundable.

Annual Conference Registration

  • Cancel by December 31: Full refund
  • Cancel January 1 – January 15: 50% refund
  • Cancel after January 15: No refund

If cancellation is due to illness or COVID exposure, notify us before the conference starts to receive credit toward a future ICMG event.

Substitutions

Substitutions are allowed at no extra cost and must be submitted in writing.

Sponsor or Exhibitor Fees

  • Cancel by November 15: Full refund
  • Cancel November 16 – December 1: 75% refund
  • Cancel December 2 – December 30: 50% refund
  • Cancel after December 30: No refund

Mid-Year Meeting

Cancel at least 10 days before the event for a full refund.

Cancellation or Change Requests

All requests must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected]. Substitutions are free but must be in writing.
