Membership Dues
Membership dues are not refundable.
Annual Conference Registration
Full refunds will be processed for cancellations received by December 31 prior to the conference. Cancellation requests received between January 1 and January 15 prior to the conference will be refunded at 50%. Cancellation requests received after January 15 prior to the conference will not be refunded. Substitutions are allowed at no additional charge and must be in writing.
Sponsor and Exhibitor Fees
Full refunds will be processed for cancellations received by November 30 prior to the conference. Cancellation requests received between December 1 and December 30 prior to the conference will be refunded at 50%. Cancellation requests received after December 30 prior to the conference will not be refunded. Request must be in writing and sent via fax to (316) 252-3368, via email to administration@icmg.org, or by mail to ICMG, PO Box 865, McPherson, KS 67460. Substitutions are allowed at no additional charge and must be in writing.
Mid-Year Networking Events
Full refunds will be processed for cancellations received at least 10 days prior to the event. Request must be in writing and sent via fax to (316) 252-3368, via email to administration@icmg.org, or by mail to ICMG, PO Box 865, McPherson, KS 67460. Substitutions are allowed at no additional charge and must be in writing.
