ICMG Refund Policy

Membership Dues

Membership dues are not refundable.

Annual Conference Registration

Full refunds will be processed for cancellations received by December 31 prior to the conference. Cancellation requests received between January 1 and January 15 prior to the conference will be refunded at 50%. Cancellation requests received after January 15 prior to the conference will not be refunded. 

If cancellation is due to illness or exposure to Covid, you will receive credit towards a future ICMG, provided we are notified of the reason for cancellation prior to the start of the conference.

Substitutions

Substitutions are allowed at no additional charge and must be in writing.

Sponsor or Exhibitor Fees

Full refunds will be processed for cancellations received by November 15 prior to the conference. Cancellation requests received between November 16 and December 1 prior to the conference will be refunded at 75%. Cancellation requests received between December 2 and December 30 prior to the conference will be refunded at 50%. Cancellation requests received after December 30 prior to the conference will not be refunded.

Mid-Year Networking Events

Full refunds will be processed for registration cancellations received at least 10 days prior to the event.
