To Register:

• Log in, then register. The registration fee includes your ICMG membership if it has not yet been renewed.
• If you're new to ICMG:
  • Click on Create a New Account.
  • After clicking save, wait a few seconds while the system creates your account and logs you in. Once your account is created, then register.
• If you have a new email or are with a different company, please call or email us prior to registering so we can update your records.

Registration Fee:

$1,445 - Early bird registration (through October 31, 2023)

$1,545 - Conference registration (beginning November 1, 2023)

$1,750 - Late registration (beginning January 22, 2024)

The rate includes member dues. It will automatically adjust during registration if your membership has already been renewed.

Hotel Information / Reservations

The ICMG room rate is $295 / night (plus tax & resort fee), and can be made:

• via the link included on the conference registration confirmation email you receive 
• or by using the link available in the member’s portion of the ICMG website

Note: Neither the hotel nor ICMG will call asking you to make a hotel reservation. ICMG, and the conference industry in general, are aware of people that claim to call “on behalf of” the company hosting the conference with an offer to make hotel reservations for you at a discounted rate. These types of calls are not authorized by either ICMG or the hotel, may be scams, and should be disregarded.
