ICMG is excited to announce our first ever mid-year event, Live at Texas Live! Come on down to Arlington for a night of high energy and quick connections. Also enjoy a brief panel discussion, The Best of 2020 – Tips & takeaways that will forever change our industry.

Guests and non-members are welcome and encouraged to attend!

WHO ATTENDS

Senior level executives and decision-makers from insurance carriers, fraternal and financial organizations, marketing organizations and distributors (IMOs, BGAs), operational and sales support providers, and others involved in creating business relationships and strategic alliances. They attend to connect and explore business development opportunities in an environment that is designed to facilitate networking in structured settings, as well as socially and virtually.

DINNER / DINE AROUND

Extending your networking time through small group dinners after the day's events is a tradition at ICMG! Check at the registration desk if you'd like to join a group at one of several area restaurants.

And, there will be informal networking Wednesday morning from 7:30 - 9:30 am in the Loews hotel restaurant. 
* Neither dinner nor breakfast are included in the registration fee

As the health and safety of our attendees, sponsors, speakers, and staff are of utmost importance to us, steps have been taken to establish a level of confidence for everyone who attends this event. 

• We will be following the health and safety protocols for the event center, the County and the State of Texas. 
• The event center will be arranged to follow social distancing guidelines. 
• Outdoor space will be available for networking, weather permitting.
• Food service will follow event center / county / state guidelines.
• Hand sanitizer will be available.
