  • $2,800 if payment received by October 31
  • $3,000 if payment received November 1 or after

Because of the unknown caused by Covid-19 this year, the ICMG Board of Directors understands the need for flexibility and has approved additional provisions to the cancellation policy that apply to the 2021 Conference:

  • The cancellation period for Sponsors and Exhibitors has been extended until December 31, 2020 to cancel and receive a full refund.
  • If the in-person portion of the conference is cancelled, we will still host the virtual conference.
    • If there is a reduction in the exhibitor fees as a result, you will receive a refund or credit (your choice) for the difference.
    • If the in-person portion cancels and you don't want to exhibit in the virtual conference only, let us know - we will work with you, even if the cancellation date of the in-person portion of the conference is after December 31.
