Would you like to get more involved in ICMG?

Volunteering for a committee is a great first step! You'll meet and engage with other members and learn more about ICMG. Plus, we value your input! Contact us for more information or to let us know you're interested! Our committees include:

Marketing and Communications Committee

The Marketing & Communications Committee helps develop the overall marketing strategy for ICMG, with the focus on communicating ICMG’s message. As a part of this committee, members review content and design of ICMG’s website and social media platforms; marketing material used for the annual conference; and the News Digest. They are also used as a sounding board for various marketing initiatives as well as conference trends and content. Committee members are also welcome to contribute articles for the News Digest and other member communications.

The exhibits committee identifies and secures exhibitors for the annual conference. They also welcome exhibitors at the conference, follow up with them to solicit feedback, and make recommendations for improvements in the exhibit hall and overall exhibitor experience.

Sponsorship Committee

Sponsorship opportunities include Platinum, Gold and several Event sponsors. The Sponsorship Committee helps identify and secure these sponsors. They also work with ICMG management to confirm the promised promotional content has been delivered within the conference app, on the ICMG website, on signage at the conference, in the various member communications and the ICMG member directory.

They also identify year-round educational opportunities of interest to ICMG members, review survey responses and other feedback from conference attendees, and make recommendations for improvement.

Networking Task Force

The Networking Task Force is responsible for networking-year-round with ICMG members and providing invaluable member feedback and recommendations to the other committees and the Board. They are part of the ICMG Ambassador team which helps recruit and retain membership. The committee facilitates the Just Refer One referral program by identifying incentives and/or member recognition.
